I decided to specialize in working with buyers so as to devote my time and enthusiasm in doing so.  I'm a former Marine with a background in constructing homes, investing in property, and buying and selling real estate. 

I base my service to my clients on how I'd like to be treated - with integrity, enthusiasm, knowldege, dependability, loyalty, and professionalism.

A number of my clients are referred from previous (and assumably satisfied) buyers that I've worked with in the past.  Many of whom are buying from a distance (either from Canada or the northern states) and aren't able to be physically present during the entire buying process.  In such cases, every effort is made to make this experience easier for you.  This includes taking additional pictures of the property, researching additional information, arranging for inspections and being present during them.
